We will review our availability and approved picnics will be sent an email to make payment; due immediately to secure your reservation. See Payment options for how remainder is to be paid. If there are missing details we will reach out via email or phone to make sure we get them right.

2.) Book online for immediate booking and billing of your primary picnic. Details can still be modified and changed. If it allows you to book online, the date is available. Preferred locations are not guaranteed based on availability to book. Online Booking

3.) Payments can be made via paypal or credit card card and can broken into multiple payments depending on time to reservation- initial payment required within 48 hrs of invoice unless other arrangements made. Reservation will be cancelled if payment not received
4). Final payments must be received 14 days prior to reservation date or immediately if booking less than 14 days in advance
