Picnic Terms of Service

It is the goal of Luxury Picnics- Spokane & Wenatchee (LPSW) to provide the upmost service and experience for the client. With that in mind, we cannot control many of the variables including but not limited to: the location, weather, and privacy. We ask that clients keep this in mind when booking. We also ask that you, the person booking the service referred to as CLIENT, assumes all inherent risk and responsibility for themselves and their guests when booking. Please share all information with your guests before arrival to ensure safety + the best experience possible. LPSW is not responsible for any loss, be it physical, personal, monetary or otherwise. These terms are subject to change at any time, without notice.

LOCATION

LPSW will respect the venue’s direction and parameters during set-up, clean-up, and general use of their property as set forth in their terms of use. LPSW is a vendor to CLIENT and as such will represent with the highest level respect and care.

PHOTOS

By asking/allowing LPSW to take photos, you allow us to post on our social media accounts and any promotional materials we may produce in the future. All photos are the sole property of LPSW and will be used at our discretion.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

We want you to have the picnic you envision and are willing to work with you to make it happen!!!

We do require initial payment within 48 hours of booking but picnics can be billed in 2 payments for picnics up to 12 people, and 3 payments for picnics of 13+ assuming final payment is made 14 days prior to event. Initial payment (deposit) is 50% of the booking price and the remainder of the 50% can be billed in either 1 or 2 more payments depending on size of picnic. When you book your picnic you can select how may payments you’d like — and we will adjust invoice to match your selection. You can call us as well if need special payment options.

If you book through our online booking, you must save a card on file and we will charge based on your payment selection and the first 50% will be billed immediately.

Typically we cannot accommodate requests in fewer than 14 days, but if we are able to, then full payment due immediately at the time of booking.

Larger parties of 13 to 24, or those that require customization or rental of additional supplies, may need to pay an additional upfront fee to secure location or necessary additional equipment.

FURNITURE + DECOR

Please only use these items in the manner which they were intended. CLIENT assumes all risk that is inherent when using furniture + decor items. Any missing items will be considered stolen property and damage/loss of inventory fees may be applicable, at the discretion of LPSW.

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

The Initial 50% of cost is considered the Deposit .

Cancellations 21 days in advance will receive a full refund. Those made between 20-14 days from event will receive refund minus the deposit (50%). Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days will receive full in store credit for use on another picture in the future which expires 1 yr from original date of picnic.

Cancellations in less than 7 days / no-shows or failure to complete payments as arranged will not be issued a refund or credit.

If you have difficulties or need alternative arrangements, please just give us a call. Again, we want to make your dream picnic a reality!!!

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By clicking submit on the “Book Your Picnic” form, you have reviewed and agree to the above Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.

INCLUSIONS

All picnics include a full table scape set up with all dishes required for picnic including plates, glasses, utensils along with napkins. Food is not included but pickup and delivery within 2 miles can be arranged for an additional fee.

Picnics with fewer than 13 people will receive complimentary water/lemon set up as drink station and additional beverages can be purchased from us, or you can request another drink station and can provide your own drink such as lemonade. Picnics larger than 13 can select from our beverage list for complimentary drinks.

Snacks are not complimentary and must be purchased.

You choose the theme, but table scape decor is at our discretion and may include fresh, dried or artificial flower arrangements. If you’d like larger fresh flower displays or some other special arrangement, those can be done for an additional fee. Signage to announce your event or provide a special message is for purchase.

Please select all you’d like when you send your initial booking email so all charges are complete, however, if you decide to add some features later, we can create a new invoice and will be due immediately.
