Picnics are about enjoying delicious food and refreshing beverages in picturesque settings. We have found amazing local food vendors/caterers that we believe compliment the picnic experience.
Below, you can learn more about them! Order directly or see our ‘Book Your Picnic’ form to easily add-on to your reservation. Additional delivery fees apply if we are picking up and delivering to picnic site. If we are also ordering for you, fees must be paid at time of booking. We are currently looking for vendors for the Wenatchee area. For now, reach out and let us know what you are looking for and we’ll try to find it. You can also order from any restaurant within 2 miles of your picnic site and we can pick up and deliver for you.
Sweet P’s Bakery is run by our Luxury picnics – Wenatchee coordinator so can ask about having some sweet treats custom made for your event when booking
Luxury Picnic Wenatchee’s Offerings
On our ‘Book Your Picnic’ form you will see easy food add-ons, some created by us and some from our food partners.
- Snack Tray: Popcorn, nuts, pretzels are the standard assortment, however we are happy to discuss changes/substitutions.
- Specialty Beverage Selection: We aim for fresh, unique, and variety.
- Charcuterie boards – fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese, and sweets – from vendors near your picnic site. Additional delivery fees apply.

- If you have a favorite place to order from, you can let us know and we can place order and pick up. If not near or on way to your picnic location, there may be additional charges for mileage and time and cannot guarantee food will be hot or cold on arrival if > 2 miles from site.
